Jayden pooped in Lily's tub

We now put Jayden in Lily's tub to make it easier on everyone. Unfortunately he sometimes has some little yellow "mustard" stuck to his tub, so Lily discovered some little floaters in her tub - which didn't really make her happy.

Christmas Eve with the Hughes/Maloneys

We spent Christmas Eve with our dearest friends, T, Rob, Lily's best friend Sara and Cathy (Sara's Oma). After Church we had fabulous cheese fondue and the girls each got a little guitar which we had to try out... future rock stars are in the house :)

Jayden's first checkup - we gained a lot of weight

Yeah, we gained a lot of weight and are now at 7 pounds and 12 oz, a pound a week, yeah! And he is now 20 and 1/4 inches long, so things are looking great.

First nights at home - how fast you forget ...

ah, the lack of sleep is cruel. And he didn't want to eat, so we had a couple of days back and forth to the doctors office, since he didn't gain any weight, didn't want to latch on, but we finally got the hang of it, and things are inproving daily. Lily has been the awesome big sister, and showers him with love and kisses, and wants to hold him all the time and is fascinated with the diaper changes. She is all girl with that... He is pretty lucky to have such a great big sis'
