Lily and Fae's first day in Daycare

Today a new chapter started in Lily's life: daycare!
She is now attending (together with her buddy Fae) Mandala's learning center, and as it turns out she is having a blast.

we are sad that our dearest nanny Jackie has to leave us, on short notice, due to a family emergency. She was Lily's step mommy and took such great care of her, we are forever thankful for everything she has done for us and Lily, and hope we can have her babysit Lily in the future when she comes back.

Lily's words

Lily continues to surprise us with her vocabulary, she understands so much more than we think. We can now ask her do close doors, to bring us items, she can list so many things in her little book, she loves to dress her little teletubby "Lala" (the yellow one) in diapers, and shirts, and pullis (sweaters) - which means she makes us dress them up. She has preferences, and dislikes, she tells us when things stink (oh man, can she make a face when there is unpleasant odor, which we have many in the house, hehe).
